gender disparity that prevents intellectual or academic advancement is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preventing a gender-biased attitude while judging the effectiveness of work assigned during working hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protection of a woman&#8217;s fundamental rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Roles and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assisting women in realising their freedom rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To treat sexual harassment as a form of misbehaviour and to take appropriate disciplinary action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist the woman who has been wronged in filing a complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To protect the person who has been mistreated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide sexual harassment education and training to students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anti-women Harassment cell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
