Established in 2009, Kanpur Institute of Technology and Pharmacy (KITP) have been dedicated to shaping competent healthcare professionals and highly skilled individuals with a positive mindset. Led by a team of visionary IIT alumni, institute is recognized as one of the top-rated pharmacy institutes in North India.
The institute offers B. Pharm and D.Pharm, affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, under College Code (550) and Board of Technical Education (3380), Lucknow. These programs are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. A significant achievement this year has been the prestigious NAAC ‘A’ accreditation and recognition of 2(f) UGC Act, 1956, reflecting KITP’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, research, and holistic development.
Conveniently located in Rooma on the Kanpur–Prayagraj Highway, just 4 km from the Chakeri Airport, Kanpur. The Institute secured first position (Gold medal) in B.Pharm exams in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University not once but twice in the span of 14 years, and producing university rank holders in each year.
